Introducing The Tournament Complex at Jungle Island New facility will be managed by Shawn Walker (Lake Elsinore, CA) – The Tournament Complex at Jungle Island is proud to announce opening day this Saturday February 13th. The Complex is a new incarnation of the widely popular “Compound” located at Jungle Island Paintball Park. The new facility has 2 regulation size brand new Synthetic Turf playing surfaces, underground 4500 air system with air stations at both fields, staging areas, PSP style “pits”, on-site pro shop, brand new PSP and NPPL air ball fields plus the entire facility is lit with over 20 stadium style light fixtures. “Jungle Island has long been known as a superior facility for recreational paintball. Now with the additional of The Tournament Complex we have a superior tournament facility as well” says Jim “Gunny” Miller. “With a world class facility like this I wanted to bring in the best team to run it. My search started and ended with Shawn Walker. He has a long history of success in the tournament world and I’m confident The Complex is in great hands.” The Tournament Complex will be open for walk on and team practices every Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm and every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5pm to Close. (Night games start Wednesday February 17th) Future plans for The Complex include adding 2 fields and a shaded staging area.
